• Enhanced DBS Certificate: All our counsellors hold a valid enhanced DBS check to ensure safety and security.
• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling: Our counsellors are qualified to at least a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance: Each counsellor carries professional indemnity insurance, ensuring peace of mind for both the young person and their family.
• BACP Ethical Framework: Our practice is guided by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ethical framework, ensuring our work is conducted to the highest professional and ethical standards.
• Confidentiality & Ethical Practice: All sessions are carried out with complete confidentiality, following ethical guidelines in line with BACP standards.
• Ongoing Safeguarding Training: Our team undergoes regular safeguarding training to ensure we are always up to date with the best practices for keeping young people safe.
